Chapter 10
Its being a nice few days recently.I am doing much the same.I overdid it at the gym last Thursday.I went again though the following Sunday and Monday.I really enjoyed it.I vary what I do each time I go.I went to Tesco yesterday and got myself some bargains. I am enjoying Mindbloggling. It is part of my routine now. I see my friends regularly, we enjoy watching music tv and lots of tea. We also enjoy a few beers sometimes when we watch football. I have seen some relatives at the weekend. I have been very lucky. My family have all been good to me.My cousin has got to have a heart bypass soon. He should be ok but it is still a worry.Lets hope the nice weather continues.Take care.

Hi Jack,
You're looking really well. The gym is obviously very good for you. My dad had a heart bypass 11 years ago now (in fact it was a quadruple heart by pass) and he's doing really well still. I do hope it's the same for your cousin.
