. Do you like the picture. I used to have a very keen interest in Martial arts. I did a bit of Karate, Kung fu, Judo, Jujitsu and Tai Chi. All together I did about two and a half years training. It really did me good. It built my confidence and has saved me a few times. You also learn to walk away and avoid conflict if you can. It is a good form of exercise. There are quiet a few clubs around the city, the people that go are usually ok. The striking styles are good for starting, you also learn blocks. I found Karate very much suited me. Anyway I am going to make a few comments now, till next time take care.

Hi Jack,
Don't know if you keep up your Martial arts, but exercise is great way of helping you to feel good. Not only do you feel fitter but it releases feel good chemicals. Better than anything that comes out of a lab.
All the best
Philip
Hey Jack
Thanks for "Chapter 25". I know there is much benefit to Martial arts. Not only physically but mentally and spirtually. So you have demonstrated other avenues that we can pursue in our quest for positive resources.
Thanks for another positive blog Jack. You look really well. Always enjoy our chats at Mind Bloggling.
Warm wishes Klahanie.
Hi Jack,
You have certainly learned how to keep and stay healthy in both 'Body and Mind'
Out of all the Martial Arts you have mentioned, I have practised Tai Chi for a while in the past, and found it to be very benificial and helpful.
It was lovely to have lunch with you on Friday, thank you for your delightful company.
We will definately 'do it again' in the New Year.
My very best wishes to you....D Xx
