Chapter 15

Hello, hope you are well. I have just heard the news that Emma is leaving. I will really miss her. In this life people are always moving on and the world is always changing. You have to be strong and cope with situations. I am sure Emma will miss all at Magmh. We wish her the best. Myself I am still doing much the same. The gym work is going ok. I am getting fitter as I get older. I enjoyed watching the football on Saturday. I am still eating well and having a drink. Just a pint or a couple of glasses of wine. It does me good. I went to the subway cafe in Newcastle a couple of times last week. I really enjoyed it. I went the Odeon last week and saw the film Run Fatboy Run. I can recommend it. I am still watching a lot of music tv. The weather is ok at the moment, lets make the most of it. Till next time. Take care.

Hey up Jack-
I'm very happy that you are continuing to maintain healthy behaviour. Your social aspects, your eating well, and ofcourse, your keep fit regime, are such vital elements in gaining contentment.
It is indeed sad that Emma B. is leaving. Yet I know that she will seize this opportunity to continue with her positive contribution to society.
I enjoy our chats 'Jack'. Here's to 'Chapter 16'! :-)

Hi Jack,

Thanks for your kind words. I will miss all of you. Mind Bloggling has become something very special. Long may it continue and I do hope to remain blogging at the very least, so you will see me around even if it's just virtually. YOu take care of yourself Jack, you're a great bloke, really kind. Keep going to the gym and doing what you do. I want to go and see that film too - now you've recommended it I definitely will! See you soon and look forward to your next post.
